BUTTE, Mont. (AP) — Butte-Silver Bow County officials say a yearlong investigation has led to an arrest in the February 2011 stabbing death of a 62-year-old Butte man. Sheriff John Walsh says 34-year-old Jeremy Mata was arrested Tuesday in Mount Vernon, Wash., on a deliberate homicide warrant in the death of Robert Bajzer.
